When you go, there are a few things you are not going to want to skip. Experience all the Zoo and Aquarium have to will make for a fun filled day that the whole family can enjoy. The Jungle Odyssey Is Now Open

Ready for a trip into the jungle? Visit without having to leave Pittsburgh. This experience will allow you to see the animals and plant life only seen in the forest. For those who can’t visit the faraway lands, this experience is as close to the real thing as you can get.

 

See Dinosaurs At The Zoo

This one of a kind encounter will put you next to an almost life like dinosaur experience. Not only are you able to see what these animals looked like, but you will also learn some pretty fascinating information. See The New Baby Elephant Soon

While this exhibit isn’t currently available, it will be soon. It is one that shouldn’t be missed when it is on display. You will be able to see first hand the new baby elephant calf. It isn’t something you get to see every day, and it shouldn’t be missed. She is not currently on display because of teething but will be soon.

 

Try Out The Wild Encounters

Go behind the scene and see up close and personal how the wildlife behave. It is a once in a lifetime experience that shouldn’t be missed. Every tour is completely individual, and this guarantees that your experience is unique. The tours change depending on the year to see the different animal patterns.

 

Get Up Close And Personal With Giraffes

See the towering giants of the Zoo in a once in a lifetime experience. Very close you can touch. See the giraffes and rub their cute noses. It is a great photo opportunity and something to add to the list of things you should do while visiting the zoo.
